Arena Points

Must have played 10 games.
Must have played in at least 30% of your teams games.
Even if you have 0 rating but you have played 10 games and 30% of your teams games then you will get same amount as a team with 1500 rating
If your personal rating is with 100 more or less than team rating you get from the lowest one ( personal rating will be always the lowest ). So, you can have 10 games and 30 % of total team games but having 1200 personal rating in a 1800 team will give you points for 1200 rating.

Just to clarify to everyone, when this thread says "must have played at least 10 games," it is referring to at least 10 TEAM games. If you have more than 2 people on a 2v2 team, as long as the total games (within the week) played by the team is greater than 10 games, then ANY member who has played >30% of total games will get points.

Example 1:
2v2 Team with 3 players has played 10 games this week
Player 1 has played 5 games (5/10=50%)
Player 2 has played 5 games (5/10=50%)
Player 3 has played 10 games (10/10=100%)

In this scenario, all 3 players get points based on their team rating (or personal rating if their PR is much lower than their TR)

Example 2:
2v2 Team with 3 players has played 10 games this week
Player 1 has played 2 games (2/10=20%)
Player 2 has played 8 games (8/10=80%)
Player 3 has played 10 games (10/10=100%)

In this scenario, only players 2 and 3 get points, because they played the requisite 30% of all games played this week (based on TR/PR), while player 1 gets shafted.

Example 3:
2v2 Team with 4 players has played 20 games this week
Player 1 has played 5 games (5/20=25%)
Player 2 has played 10 games (10/20=50%)
Player 3 has played 10 games (10/20=50%)
Player 4 has played 15 games (15/20=75%)

In this scenario, only players 2, 3, and 4 will get points because they played the requisite 30% of all games played this week (based on TR/PR), while player 1 gets shafted.

Thank you for this. A lot easier than using a calculator.
After tons of googling, I landed on this. It's from season six, (furious), but there was no change mentioned in either the season 7 or the season 8 pages.

All arena teams that are below a 1500 arena rating will always earn arena points as a 1500 rated team.[3]

This is at the end of the second paragraph.

Thanks for trying but no. Before the last flush actually I got exactly the amount I would get as 1500 rating and my team WAS 1400. Maybe a GM will post if I am wrong or you are but until then 1500 rating is the least points possible to recieve in a flush.
