3. After your download is complete, start WoW.exe and log in with your Molten account.

Frequently Asked Questions


Question: When I try to log in it starts automatically downloading 4.0.3, what should I do?
- You must log in with your Molten account (NOT email address).

Question: I am an advanced user and have the required client. What is your realmlist?
- Advanced users can skip the tutorial and realmlist logon.molten-wow.com

Question: Does it include all expansions?
- Yes. All expansions are included in the download. This is the exact version of retail before Cataclysm.

Question: Is this compatible with Mac?
- No. This is only a PC version. Mac users may try an alternative method of downloading from here.

Question: I did everything correctly but I get a message "Login Server Down". What must I do?
- Our login server is always up. Something is preventing your game from connecting to our servers. Check your internet connection and be sure that your game is not blocked by a firewall or any other software.


Players who are having "automatic update when I try to log in" issue should learn to read the main post again. I can't make it any more clear, it clearly says that you must LOG IN WITH YOUR MOLTEN ACCOUNT NOT BATTLENET.
